NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (ILGA) issues penalties…
The NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority (ILGA) issued on 16 July 2020 its Notice of Disciplinary Action and Statement of Reasons on Complaint to ILGA in relation to Dee Why RSL Club Limited.
ILGA ordered $100,000 in penalties and $99,628.05 in costs be paid by the Club and also imposed three conditions on the Club’s license in relation to a responsible conduct of gambling (RCG) marshal, RCG register and gaming machine player exclusion schemes.
The Club can apply to NCAT for a review of the decision within 28 days of the decision, which in itself has implications for Clubs, Club Loyalty Programs and Club Boards.
