Army Aviation Systems Project Office – Providing strategic contract and negotiation support to Army Aviation’s Multi-Role Helicopter in multinational negotiations regarding collective contracting support between NAHEMA (NATO Contracting Office representing NH90 global user group) and NatoHelicopter Industries (NH90 OEM).
Geospatial Intelligence Pty Ltd – Establishing standing arrangements for the provision of satellite and radar surveillance services to Local, State and Commonwealth Government entities; Intellectual property protection of internally developed technology including trademark advice and registration, patent application support; Provided specialist competition and consumer law advice and strategic advice and support in relation to potential mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; reviewed existing process, procedures and policies and making recommendations in relation to obtaining ISO accreditation.
Chief Information Officer Group – $1 billion Defence INSIGHT Program (a significant technology-enabled business transformation program responding to the 2015 First Principles Review to deliver enabling services for informed decisions, measure performance, provide timely, credible, traceable and relevant management information).
OneSKY Project – Led all commercial, procurement and legal activities for the acquisition, development and delivery of Australia’s next generation air traffic management automation solution including the development of key procurement and legal documentation for the development and release of the OneSKY RFT. RFT developed and released on time and on budget.
Air Warfare Destroyer Program – Developed procurement frameworks and tender documentation for major combat systems elements including Acquisition Strategies, Tender Evaluation Plans and Negotiation Mandates and debriefing unsuccessful tenderers, evaluation of responses and source selection and conducting parallel negotiations and assisting with contract management and disputes.
University of South Australia: Established legal frameworks and establishment documentation for the setup of:
- the Centre of Excellence in Defence & Industry Systems Capability for the management of government funding worth $4.7million;
- the Australian Mineral Science Research Institute for $8.6 million; and
- the Mawson Institute for Advanced Manufacturing for the management of $8million.
